Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard shipping across India. Estimated delivery time is typically 5-7 business days after the order has been shipped.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as high shipping volumes with courier partners or weather conditions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the courier service's website.
4. Shipping Address
To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the pin code and a contact number.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery of orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
5. Damages
ApnaShopfy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend taking photos of the damage for your records.
